What's the Magic Word?

Because you can't manage your own directory information yet, you might want to add a Magic Word to your listing so we can verify it's you when you want to update something. 

Just type a password or phrase into the Special Request box when you first add or edit your record (only we can see it), and again whenever you submit a change request.  

We won't edit your record without the Magic Word so you know your information is safe.

Speak for yourself!

You may be a member of numerous groups or organisations but there's only one you.

This means you need to register under your name rather than your band or business; you'll show up whenever someone searches by band or business name anyway.

And even if you're the main contact, we still need to include your drummer, triangle player, manager, stylist, assistant, and sound engineer. The more individuals in here, the more skills and experience there will be for everyone to draw upon, so please encourage them to register too.

Need more room?

It's common for music makers to wear lots of hats so you may be a member of more than one band or business or have more than one website.

So, if you want to add any extra information to your listing, e.g. a MySpace address, your company strapline and business hours, your venue capacity, etc, then type these in the Notes box when you complete your record. 

We don't recommend you put your phone number unless you really want people to call you!

But I'm a comb-and-paper-playing whale-choir-conducting musicotherapologist?!
