Regarding the information held in The Lemon directory, we want to keep everything as simple as possible for you and for us. So we have opted for an extremely basic policy...

1. The information held in the Directory reflects your status as a music producer or supplier and is included for the following purposes only: 
   1. To help you attract potential suppliers, customers or fans. 
   2. To help potential suppliers, customers or fans to find you.
   3. To help us to analyse and report more accurately on the nature of Lancaster's music production infrastructure to stakeholders and investors.
2. The only information that is publicly-visible in this Directory is information that has been:
   1. extracted by us from other publicly-visible sources (e.g. your own website), and/or 
   2. volunteered by you and approved for public visibility. 
3. We will not collect or display your personal information (e.g. D.O.B, home address, religious beliefs etc). 
4. Anyone is free to browse the directory.
5. If you add yourself to the Directory, we'll assume you are happy to receive news updates unless you tell us otherwise.

Regarding the content of The Lemon forums, although they will be peer moderated in order to help them run more effectively, we take no responsibility for anyone's information.  Users manage their own login information and are responsible for the information they choose to share on the forums, as well as for the results of doing so.
